Good morning my dear friends

Do not, for the sake of food, destroy the work of GOD.

Everything is indeed clean, but it is wrong for anyone to make another stumble by what he eats.

It is good not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything that causes your brother to stumble.

The faith that you have, keep between yourself and GOD.

Blessed is the one who has no reason to pass judgment on himself for what he approves.

But whoever has doubts is condemned if he eats, because the eating is not from faith.

For whatever does not proceed from faith is sin.
Romans 14 : 20 to 23

Pour une question de nourriture, ne détruis pas l’œuvre de DIEU.

Tout est pur, certes, mais il est mal de manger quelque chose lorsqu’on est ainsi cause de chute .

Ce qui est bien, c’est de ne pas manger de viande, de ne pas boire de vin, rien qui puisse faire tomber ton frère.

Garde pour toi, devant DIEU, la conviction que la foi te donne.

Heureux celui qui ne se condamne pas lui-même en exercant son discernement.

Mais celui qui mange, alors qu’il a des doutes, est condamné, parce que son comportement ne procède pas d’une conviction de foi.

Or, tout ce qui ne procède pas d’une conviction de foi est péché.
Romains 14 : 20 à 23

Good morning dear friends

I know and I am persuaded in the LORD JESUS that nothing is unclean in itself, but it is unclean for anyone who thinks it unclean.

For if your brother is grieved by what you eat, you are no longer walking in love.

By what you eat do not destroy the one for whom CHRIST died. So do not let what you regard as good be spoken as evil.

For the kingdom of GOD is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Whoever thus serves CHRIST is acceptable to GOD and approved by men.

So then let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding.

Je le sais j’en suis convaincu par le SEIGNEUR JÉSUS : rien n’est impur en soi. Mais une chose est impure pour celui qui la considère comme telle.

Si, en prenant telle nourriture, tu attristes ton frère, tu ne marches plus selon l’amour.  Garde-toi, pour une question de nourriture, de faire périr celui pour lequel Christ est mort.

Que votre privilège ne puisse être discrédité .  Car le Règne de DIEU n’est pas affaire de nourriture ou de boisson ; il est justice, paix et joie dans l’Esprit Saint.

C’est en servant le CHRIST de cette manière qu’on est agréable à DIEU et estimé des hommes.

Recherchons donc ce qui convient à la paix et à l’édification mutuelle.

Tous, en effet, nous comparaîtrons devant le tribunal de DIEU.

tout genou fléchira devant moi,

et toute langue rendra gloire à DIEU”.

Ainsi, chacun de nous rendra compte à DIEU pour soi-même.

One person esteems one day as better than another,

while another esteems all days alike

Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind.

The one who observes the day, observes it in honor of the LORD.

The one who eats, eats in honor of the LORD, since he gives thanks to GOD,

while the one who abstains, abstains in honor of the LORD and gives thanks to GOD.

For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself.

If we live, we live to the LORD, and if we die, we die to the LORD.

So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the LORD’s,

For to this end CHRIST died and live again, that HE might be LORD both of the dead and of the living.

Pour l’un, il y a des différences entre les jours; pour l’autre, il se valent tous.

Que chacun, en son jugement personnel, soit anime d’une pleine conviction.

Celui qui tient compte des jours, le fait pour le Seigneur;

celui qui mange de tout le fait pour le SEIGNEUR, en effet, il rend grâce à DIEU.

Et celui qui ne mange pas de tout le fait pour le SEIGNEUR et il rend grâce à DIEU.

En effet, aucun de nous de nous ne vit pour soi-même, et personne ne meurt pour soi-même.

Car si nous vivons, nous vivons pour le SEIGNEUR, si nous mourons, nous mourons pour le SEIGNEUR:

Soit , que nous vivions soit que nous mourions, nous sommes au SEIGNEUR.

Car c’est pour être SEIGNEUR des morts et des vivants que CHRIST est mort et qu’IL a repris vie

” As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions.

One person believes he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables.

Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains,

and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats,

for GOD has welcomed him.

Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another?

It is before his own master that he stands or falls.

And he will be upheld, for the LORD is able to make him stand.

Accueillez celui qui est faible dans la foi, sans critiquer ses scrupules.

La foi de l’un lui permet de manger de tout, tandis que l’autre, par faiblesse ne mange que des légumes.

Que celui qui mange ne méprise pas celui qui ne mange pas,

et que celui qui ne mange pas ne juge pas celui qui mange,

car DIEU l’a accueilli.

Qui es-tu pour juger un serviteur qui ne t’appartient pas ?

Qu’il tienne bon ou qu’il tombe, cela regarde son propre maître.

Et il tiendra bon, car le SEIGNEUR a le pouvoir de le faire tenir.

not in orgies and drunkenness,

not in sexual immorality and sensuality,

not in quarreling and jealousy.

But put on the LORD JESUS CHRIST, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.

D’autant que vous savez en quel temps nous sommes; voici l’heure de sortir de votre sommeil ;

aujourd’hui, en effet, le salut est plus près de nous qu’au moment ou nous avons cru.

La nuit est avancée le jour est tout proche.

Rejetons donc les oeuvres des ténèbres et revêtons les armes de la lumière.

Conduisons-nous honnêtement comme en plein jour,

sans ripailles ni beuveries,

sans coucheries ni débauches,

sans querelles ni jalousies.

Mais revêtez le SEIGNEUR JÉSUS-CHRIST, et ne vous abandonnez pas aux préoccupations de la chair pour en satisfaire les convoitises.

Romains 13 : 11 à 14

Owe no one anything, except to love each other,

for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.

The commandments,

“You shall not commit adultery,

You shall not murder,

You shall not steal,

You shall not covet,

“and any other commadment, are summed up in this word:

“You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Love does no wrong to a neighbor;

therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Ne devez rien à personne, si ce n’est de vous aimer les uns les autres;

car celui qui aime les autres a accompli la loi.

En effet (les commandements):

Tu ne commettras pas d’adultère,

tu ne commettras pas de meurtre,

tu ne commettras pas de vol,

/tu ne rendras pas de faux témoignage/

tu ne convoiteras pas,

et tout autre commandment se résument dans cette parole:

Tu aimeras ton prochain comme toi-meme.

L’amour ne fait pas le mal au prochain:

l’amour est donc l’accomplissement de la loi.

Good morning dear friends

Let every person be subject to the governing authorities.

For there is no authority except from GOD, and those that exist have been instituded by GOD.

Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what GOID as appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment.

For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad.

Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority?

Then do what is good and you will receive his approval for he is GOD’s servant for your good.

But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain.

For he is the servant of GOD, an avenger who carries out GOD’s wrath on the wrongdoer.

Therefore one must be in subjection, not only to avoid GOD’s wrath but also for the sake of conscience.

For the same reason you also pay taxes, for the authorities are ministers of GOD, attending to this very thing.

Pay to all what is owed to them:

taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed, respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed.

Bonjour mes chers amis

Que toute personne soit soumise aux autorités supérieures;

car il n’y a pas d’autorité qui ne vienne de DIEU, et les autorités qui existent ont été instituées par DIEU.

C’est pourquoi celui qui s’oppose a l’autorité résiste à l’ordre de DIEU, et ceux qui résistent attireront une condamnation sur eux-mêmes.

Les gouvernants ne sont pas a craindre quand on fait le bien, mais quand on fait le mal.

Veux-tu ne pas craindre l’autorité?

Fais le bien, et tu aura son approbation car elle est au service de DIEU pour ton bien.

Mais si tu fais le mal, soit dans la crainte;

car ce n’est pas en vain qu’elle porte l’épée etant au service de DIEU, pour (montrer) sa vengeance et sa colère a celui qui pratique le mal.

Il est donc nécessaire d’être soumis, non seulement a cause de cette colère, mais encore par motif de conscience.

C’est aussi pour cela que vous payez les impôts.

Car (ceux qui gouvernent) sont au service de DIEU pour cette fonction précise.

Rendez à chacun ce qui lui est dû: la taxe à qui vous devez la taxe, l’ impôt à qui vous devez l’impôt, la crainte à qui vous devez la crainte, l’honneur à qui vous devez l’honneur.

Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all.

If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

Beloved never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of GOD,

for it is written,

“Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the LORD.”

To the contrary,

“if your enemy is hungry, feed him;

if he is thirsty, give him something to drink;

for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.”

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Bonjour mes chers amis

Bénissez ceux qui vous persécutent ; bénissez-les et ne les maudissez pas.

Réjouissez-vous avec ceux qui se réjouissent, pleurez avec ceux qui pleurent.

Ayez les mêmes sentiments les uns envers les autres.

N’aspirez pas à ce qui est élevé, mais soyez attirés par ce qui est humble.

Ne soyez pas sages a vos propres yeux.

Ne rendez à personne le mal pour le mal, mais pensez à faire ce qui est honorable aux yeux de tous les hommes

S’il est possible, autant que cela dépend de vous, vivez en paix avec tous les hommes.

Ne vous vengez jamais pas vous-mêmes, mes bien-aimés, mais laissez agir la colère de DIEU,

car il est écrit :

A moi la vengeance, c’est Moi qui rétribuerai, dit le SEIGNEUR.

Mais Si ton ennemi a faim, donne-lui à manger,

s’il a soif, donne-lui à boire,

car, ce faisant, tu amasseras des charbons ardents sur ta tête.

Ne te laisse pas vaincre par le mal, mais sois vainqueur du mal par le bien.
